Scope and content:

The highlights/session speeches include thirty-two files of session highlights, pre- and post-session speeches and pre-session issue lists. The pre-session issue lists include the various topics that may be covered in the coming session and are presented in speech form to assist House members in creating presentations. This sub-series lacks information for the years 1978 to 1979, 1982 to 1984, and 1997.

Series II, Series IV, and Series VI contain digital files. To access these files, please request the folders you would like through the finding aid using your research account. An archivist will be in contact with you to explain how to access the files. Please note that not all file formats are currently supported by the library for research use.

Reference copies of the audiovisual recordings are available upon request. Research requests will be filled as soon as possible and will be dependent upon the condition of the recordings.

Before material from collections at the Richard B.
