After Mattingly's service for the State Department, he returned to St. Simon's Island. As he has remained active and engaged in the Georgia Republican Party, national politics and presidential campaigns, this series includes correspondence (letters and printed emails), articles written by or about Mattingly, copies of the Congressional Record, reports, and programs. Arrangement is chronological.
