Series IV: Artifacts contains oversized posters, framed and unframed awards and certificates related to the Parkerson's activities as diplomats in Latin America. It contains oversized posters and art images, framed and unframed awards, plaques, and engraved commemorative trays. The Artifacts series also includes souvenirs related to the travels of the Parkerson's over the years. This series includes materials that are signed originals.

The following materials have been restricted according to federal law for the lifetime of the donor: medical clearances and materials related to performance evaluations. Social security numbers have been redacted from the collection.
Series II contains digital files. To access these files, please request the folders you would like through the finding aid using your research account. An archivist will be in contact with you to explain how to access the files. Please note that not all file formats are currently supported by the library for research use.
