James Longstreet Sibley Jennings, Jr. (1941-2016) was an architect who primarily worked in the Washington, DC area. He was born in Milledgeville, Georgia, attended Georgia Military College (1959) and Georgia Tech (1964), becoming an award winning architect specializing in historic restoration projects.

Josephine Sibley Couper (1867-1957) was an American artist concentrating on family and Southern culture.
